Dispatch
In-stock orders are prepared within two working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel leaves the shop.
Delivery
Standard domestic delivery takes 2–4 working days. International delivery timing depends on destination and customs processing.
Packaging
Books are wrapped in recyclable paper and shipped in right-sized cardboard packaging designed to protect corners and covers.
Returns
Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days. Contact the shop before sending a parcel so we can provide the fictional return reference.
Damaged orders
If a book arrives damaged, send a photograph within seven days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
